After we receive client approval from our customized “Schematic Design Package”, we spend a lot of time coordinating amongst consultants to ensure the design vision is portrayed in every level of drawing deliverable submitted to the contractor.

Our “Design Package” then begins in the development phase with 2D construction drawings and 3D renderings with client approval.

We pride ourselves in using top-of-the line innovative software to design, draw, budget, purchase, track, file claims, and share real time updates and renderings with our clients.

We also have strong relationships with our vendors which allows us to be competitive with pricing.
